Not only does Arek have over 10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, he also has a Masters Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. He has the following professional certifications as well: NSCA-CSCS; NASM-CPT; USA Track & Field Coach, Level 1; CPR/AED. Arek’s work experience includes a few of America’s top fitness clubs, two NCAA Division I universities, and a US Olympic Training Center.
