Injury Prevention & Post Rehab

The number one reason people stop exercising isn't from lack of results or time, it's because they get hurt. Now we aren't talking about the traditional strains, sprains, tears, and breaks you hear about in sports. The injuries we're talking about are brought on by muscle imbalances often caused by simple repetitive movements. So at the beginning of every program, each session is distinctly different. We'll use various measurements, training methods and volumes to uncover any muscle imbalances that could cause pain or injury, and we'll correct them.

Nutritional Advice and Plans

Proper nutrition is the foundation for any successful fitness program.

Although I don't advocate any particular broad based diet, there are lessons to be learned from your past experience and current eating habits. And we're going to use that information to create a diet you can sustain and live by even after your goals are met.

I believe the key here is to stop fighting the system and to start exploiting it. Your past diets didn't work. But they didn't fail because the science was necessarily lacking. They were simply designed without taking you into consideration; your lifestyle, schedule, dietary restraints, and so on. So now is the time to put the current science to work with eating habits right for you.
